"The blue tooth receiver in my new helmet would crash and not respond to key presses. I called the Brookfield, WI store and they had a helmet to replace it. When I got to the store, I handed them my helmet and they exchanged it with no questions asked. They removed the tags on the new helmet so I could use it for my drive home. The staff member was great.

The battery was not charged so I couldn't try out the helmet. When I charged the battery and tried it out, I found that one of the speakers was crackling. I still like the helmet and staff.
